Electronic Communications and E-Sign Consent

This Electronic Communications and E-Sign Consent (“E-Sign Consent”) applies to your use of DraftLoans and any loan request you submit through DraftLoans.

DraftLoans is operated by Estire Leads OÜ (“Estire Leads,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). DraftLoans is not a lender. We provide an online service that may connect consumers with participating lenders and other financial service providers.

1. Consent to Electronic Communications

By agreeing to this E-Sign Consent, you consent to receive electronically all documents, communications, notices, disclosures, agreements, authorizations, consents, records, and other information relating to your use of DraftLoans and your loan request (“Electronic Communications”).

Electronic Communications may include, without limitation:

  • disclosures relating to your loan request;

  • notices and confirmations;

  • privacy-related disclosures;

  • consent and authorization records;

  • agreements and terms;

  • communications from participating lenders or service providers where applicable; and

  • other information relating to products or services requested through DraftLoans.

Electronic Communications may be provided through the DraftLoans website, by email, through hyperlinks to electronic documents, or by other electronic means permitted by applicable law.

2. Your Option to Receive Paper Copies

You may request a paper copy of an Electronic Communication that we are required to provide to you in writing.

To request a paper copy, contact Estire Leads OÜ using the contact information provided below.

We do not currently charge a fee for providing a paper copy. If that policy changes, any applicable fee will be disclosed to you before the request is processed.

3. Withdrawing Your Consent

You may withdraw your consent to receive Electronic Communications at any time by contacting us using the information below.

Withdrawal of your consent will not affect the legal validity or enforceability of Electronic Communications provided to you before your withdrawal became effective.

Because DraftLoans operates primarily through electronic communications, withdrawing your consent may prevent us from continuing to provide certain services or processing future requests electronically.

4. Updating Your Contact Information

You are responsible for providing and maintaining a valid email address and accurate contact information.

If your email address or other contact information changes, please notify us using the contact information below.

5. Hardware and Software Requirements

To access, receive, retain, and print Electronic Communications, you must have:

  • a computer, smartphone, tablet, or other internet-enabled device;

  • a current web browser capable of displaying standard web pages;

  • an active internet connection;

  • a valid email account;

  • sufficient electronic storage to save Electronic Communications; and

  • software capable of viewing PDF documents if documents are provided in PDF format.

You must also be able to print or electronically save Electronic Communications for your records.

If these requirements materially change in a way that creates a significant risk that you will no longer be able to access your Electronic Communications, we will provide notice as required by applicable law.

6. Demonstrating Your Ability to Access Electronic Records

By viewing this E-Sign Consent electronically and selecting the checkbox indicating your agreement, you confirm that:

  • you can access and read this disclosure electronically;

  • you have the hardware and software necessary to access Electronic Communications;

  • you can retain or print electronic records for future reference; and

  • the email address you provide in your application is valid and accessible to you.

7. Electronic Signatures

You agree that selecting an electronic checkbox, clicking a button indicating agreement, submitting your application, or taking another electronic action intended to indicate consent may constitute your electronic signature.

You agree that your electronic signature has the same force and effect as a handwritten signature to the extent permitted by applicable law.

8. Scope and Duration of Consent

Your consent applies to Electronic Communications relating to your current loan request and your interaction with DraftLoans unless you withdraw your consent as described above.

Participating lenders or other service providers may provide their own electronic communications disclosures or request separate electronic consent. Their disclosures and consent requirements are governed by their own terms.

10. Acceptance

By selecting the E-Sign consent checkbox during the DraftLoans application process, you acknowledge that you have read and understand this E-Sign Consent and agree to conduct transactions and receive applicable records electronically.
